Wholesale answers for professional buyers

Atoutime Global is a quotation-led B2B wholesale and warehousing partner. This page explains how we review enquiries for FMCG, beverages, confectionery and household goods supplied from France to professional buyers across Europe, the United States and selected African markets.

Product availability, minimum order quantity, case configuration, pallet plan, documents, lead time and delivery options vary by product and destination. They are therefore confirmed in writing for each commercial enquiry rather than presented as universal figures.

01 Buyers and products

Who we supply and what you can source

Our catalogue and sales process are designed for established professional buyers.

Is Atoutime Global a B2B company?

Yes. Atoutime Global serves importers, distributors, wholesalers, retail groups, supermarkets, hospitality buyers and other organisations purchasing for resale, distribution or professional use. The public website is not a consumer checkout store.

Read our company and French registration information.

Which wholesale product categories are available?

Our principal categories are beverages, confectionery, household goods and broader FMCG lines. Availability depends on the current supplier, variant, pack size and destination market.

Can you source a brand or product that is not listed?

We can review unlisted product requirements. Send the exact brand, product name, variant, retail unit size, preferred market label, estimated quantity and delivery country. A request is not a guarantee of availability; the result is confirmed during quotation.

Which countries do you supply?

Atoutime Global focuses on B2B buyers across Europe, the United States and selected African markets. Supply eligibility depends on the product, destination rules, route and available documentation, so the destination must be reviewed before acceptance.

02 Quotes and orders

How wholesale enquiries are assessed

One complete requirement helps the sales team prepare a more useful commercial response.

How do I request wholesale pricing?

Use the wholesale quotation form and provide your company, delivery country, required products, pack sizes and estimated quantities. Add whether you need cartons, pallets, a mixed load, a full container or warehousing support.

Why are prices not displayed in the catalogue?

This is a B2B quotation-led catalogue. Price can change with quantity, pack configuration, availability, destination, freight scope and commercial terms. The written quotation provides the applicable price and avoids presenting a consumer price that may not fit a wholesale requirement.

What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no single MOQ for every product. The minimum may be based on cases, layers, pallets or a supplier-specific volume. The quotation confirms the current MOQ for each requested item and whether a mixed proposal is possible.

What commercial and payment terms apply?

The applicable currency, payment schedule, quotation validity, delivery basis and other trade terms are stated in the written proposal. Terms should not be assumed from another product or previous enquiry.

How quickly will I receive a quotation?

Review time depends on the number of products, supplier confirmation, packing data, destination and logistics scope. A complete enquiry can be assessed more efficiently than a request without quantities, pack sizes or a delivery country.

03 Packaging and load planning

Cartons, pallets and containers

Load figures are confirmed from current specifications—not estimated as guaranteed quantities.

Will the quotation show units per carton?

When verified supplier data is available, the quotation or accompanying specification confirms the retail unit, units per carton, carton dimensions and relevant gross or net weights. If a figure is still pending, it is identified for confirmation rather than invented.

Can you confirm cartons per pallet?

Yes, when the current product and supplier pallet specification is available. Pallet type, layers, cartons per layer, total cartons, height and weight can change by product or source, so the confirmed configuration belongs to the specific quotation.

Do you plan 20-foot, 40-foot and 40-foot high-cube containers?

These container formats can be assessed for relevant enquiries. Load planning considers carton dimensions, product weight, palletisation, route, container limits and legal payload. The resulting quantity is a load-plan figure, not a generic number copied between products.

Can I request a mixed-product load?

Mixed pallet or mixed-load requests can be reviewed. Feasibility depends on individual MOQs, product compatibility, handling requirements, availability and load efficiency. Submit the complete product list so it can be assessed together.

Can you confirm batch dates and remaining shelf life?

Where applicable and available, batch or date information is confirmed for the proposed stock before shipment. Required minimum remaining shelf life should be stated in the enquiry because acceptance standards can vary by buyer and destination.

04 Warehousing and logistics

Storage, consolidation and dispatch planning

Warehousing is scoped around the products, handling needs, duration and onward movement.

Does Atoutime Global offer warehousing services?

Yes, warehousing requirements can be included in a B2B proposal. The exact service scope, products, handling requirements, expected duration, consolidation needs and dispatch arrangement must be reviewed and agreed for each project.

Can goods be consolidated before shipment?

Consolidation can be assessed as part of the warehousing and logistics requirement. Compatibility, arrival timing, storage conditions, product documentation and the final load plan determine what is practical.

Do you arrange pallet and container shipments?

Pallet, mixed-load and full-container options can be reviewed for qualifying orders. The quotation identifies the agreed logistics scope and whether freight is included, arranged separately or handled by the buyer.

What affects delivery lead time?

Lead time depends on stock confirmation, order preparation, supplier timing, documents, warehousing scope, carrier availability, route and destination formalities. The commercial proposal provides the current planning basis; it is not a universal website promise.

Where is the operating establishment?

ATOUTIME is registered in Saint-Laurent-Blangy and has an operating establishment in Athies, France. The SIREN, VAT number and full business details are listed on the About page.

05 Documents and buyer support

Product, commercial and export information

Documents are matched to the actual product, source and destination whenever available.

Which product or certification documents are available?

Available specifications, ingredient or technical information, certificates and other supplier documents vary by product and source. State the documents your compliance team requires so availability can be checked before the order is confirmed.

Which commercial and export documents can be provided?

Applicable documents are confirmed for the transaction and destination. They may include commercial, packing, transport or origin-related records where available and required. No document should be assumed until it appears in the written proposal or document plan.

Can you confirm destination labels and product eligibility?

The requested market label, language and destination should be stated at enquiry stage. Atoutime Global reviews available product information, but the buyer should also communicate its importer, retailer and local compliance requirements before acceptance.

What should I do if goods arrive damaged or inconsistent?

Notify the commercial contact promptly and preserve the transport documents, delivery reservations, photographs, batch details and quantity affected. The applicable process depends on the agreed B2B terms and carrier evidence. Review the shipping, delivery and returns policy before ordering.
